Thank you to our wonderful OOS Exhibit Team — Catherine Chance, Bill Parker, Janice Wiechman, and Doug Needham — and to the OOS members who contributed their plants — Jana Butcher, Catherine Chance, Bill Parker, Brian Truong, and Doug Needham — for this past weekend’s “The Shocking Beauty of the Orchid World” Ft. Worth Orchid Society Show & Sale! OOS’s exhibit was awarded the “Best Society Tabletop Exhibit” (class 928) trophy and the “Best Tabletop Exhibit” (class 936) trophy. Many plants received ribbons, two received the SWROGA “Best Grown Plant” and “Best Flower” trophies, many received Best in Show trophies, and Doug received two Certificates of Cultural Merit from the American Orchid Society for two of his plants. Congratulations to all who made this exhibit possible!
