The Oklahoma Orchid Society invites you to exhibit at our annual Show & Sale at the Will Rogers Gardens Exhibition Center, 3400 NW 36th Street, Oklahoma City, OK.
Set up is Friday, May 3, starting at 9:00 am; plants and exhibits need to be registered by 5:00 pm. However, exhibitors will have access until 9:00 pm that evening to complete their setup. Ribbon judging will begin Saturday, May 4, at 8:00 am, followed by AOS judging. The Show & Sale will be open to the public on Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Exhibit tear-down will begin on Sunday at 4:00 pm. No early tear-down is permitted.
Exhibitors are welcomed to enjoy our hospitality kitchen on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as well as the judges luncheon on Saturday.
Exhibitors are to bring their own draping and table coverings. No water props or open flames permitted. No tape or other items may be fixed to the floor or walls. We will do our best to accommodate your display requirements.
The deadline for reserving exhibit space is April 1, 2024. No additions or increased space/table allotment can be made after this date. Due to limited space, exhibit reservations will be accepted on a first-received basis. You will receive email confirmation of your reservation request and status.
