The Oklahoma Orchid Society invites businesses to vend at our annual OOS Orchid Show & Sale, May 1–3, 2026, at Will Rogers Gardens Exhibition Center, 3400 NW 36th Street, Oklahoma City, OK. This year’s theme is “Cruising for Orchids on Route 66.”
Space is limited to four orchid vendors and one non-plant vendor. The orchid vendor fee is $300, and includes three 8’ rectangular tables and one 5′ round work table, hospitality room access, and the judges luncheon on Saturday. One additional 5′ round table is available for an additional $50. No other tables/table space will be available.
A deposit of $100 with your completed Orchid Vendor Registration form is required to hold your space. The balance will be due at setup time on Friday.
Setup and registration will be Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm; however, you may continue to set up Friday until 9:00 pm. The Center will be open on Thursday at 6:00 pm for staging if you need to drop off inventory/supplies overnight or wish to partially set up early.
The Show & Sale area will be open to the public from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. Breakdown will begin at 4:00 pm Sunday, and must be completed by 6 pm. There is no early breakdown.
No deposit refund will be made after March 28, 2026. If OOS has to cancel the Show & Sale, your deposit will be fully refunded. Any cancellation decision will be made by April 10, 2026.
