Lifetime Oklahoma Orchid Society member Burrel Gambel celebrates his 100th birthday on February 9th! Burrel has also been a long time and active member of the Red River Orchid Society and the Southwest Regional Orchid Growers Association. He has served as President for OOS, Show Chair, and Head Clerk, not to mention the many beautiful exhibits he has created and the many presentations he has provided and shared of his vast knowledge of orchid growing. He is well known to give new members a welcome orchid! You won’t meet a nicer guy! Happy Birthday, Burrel!
